SVARA School of Music

A music school website you play: scroll the melody on a concert grand, bow a violin, strum a guitar, then hear your own song back.

One concert grand alone on a dark stage. The page opens on a single key in a pin of light; press begin and the note sounds, the stage light opens its iris and a ghost pianist plays the welcome. From then on the scroll is the instrument: every step plays the next note of an original étude, the keys and hammers move, the strings glow where they ring and a live staff along the bottom writes the score. Your computer keyboard plays it too. The camera glides inside the piano, then across the stage to a violin on its stand: its bow lifts onto the strings and you press and draw sideways to bow it, each change of direction the next note. Next the guitar: sweep across its strings to strum the chord the music is on, or keep scrolling and it picks fingerstyle for you. Then the teachers on the full stage, and the finale: every note you played is written in ink on the piano's music rack, with a button to play your song back. A free-trial form sends a ready-written WhatsApp message (with the notes you played). Real piano samples, synthesised violin and Karplus-Strong guitar, adaptive quality for slow GPUs.

Build a landing page for a music school (piano, violin, guitar) where the website itself is an instrument the visitor plays.

- One realistic concert grand alone on a dark wooden stage, one warm spotlight, slow dust in the beam. Calm, cinematic, no flashy effects.
- Opening: a macro shot of a single key in a pin of light. "Press to begin" unlocks audio; the key sounds, the spotlight's iris opens over the whole stage, the camera draws back, a ghost pianist plays a short welcome.
- Scroll = melody: every ~66 px of scroll plays the next note of an original étude (real piano samples, hall reverb). Keys and hammers move per note, strings glow where they ring, a faint five-line staff at the bottom writes the notes live. Computer keys A–K play too.
- Camera film through the sections: keyboard close-up, rise over the case, inside the piano (hammer and string), then across the stage to a violin on a stand. Its bow lifts onto the strings; press and draw sideways to bow (bow speed = loudness, each direction change = next note), or keep scrolling and the violin sings the melody.
- Then a guitar on a floor stand: sweep the pointer across its strings to strum the current chord; scrolling picks fingerstyle arpeggios.
- Teachers on the full lit stage, then the finale: every note the visitor played is written in ink on the piano's music rack, with "Play it back".
- Free-trial booking: instrument / who / time chips + name → opens WhatsApp with the message written (including the notes they played). Footer credits for CC-BY models and samples.
- Adaptive quality for integrated GPUs, works on phones (touch bowing and strumming), silent mode still animates everything.
