Build "Maharani & Co.", a scroll-driven site for a handwoven couture and wholesale atelier. Next.js 16 + raw three.js + GSAP + Lenis.
Hero object: one silk dupatta held at two corners, simulated as Verlet cloth blowing in the wind. Shade it with a shader-patched MeshPhysicalMaterial (sheen, anisotropic highlights) and procedural canvas textures for each weave.
Scroll model is "state targets": each section sets {x, y, tilt, wind, fabric} and the scene damps toward them.
