Avaasa

Homes that rise with you. A complete luxury real estate website whose home page is one 3D take: an empty plot becomes a finished tower as you scroll, then a 3D unit finder.

A ready-to-launch, 20-page website for a property developer. The home page is one continuous 3D take driven by scroll: an empty plot in the city at blue hour where a survey grid draws itself, the tower drawn in brass blueprint lines, the building rising under a glowing cut line in bare concrete with a live floor counter, a brass line turning concrete into the finished facade as homes light up, then a 3D unit finder where floors glow by availability and slide out on click, a dive through a window into the furnished sample flat, and a 3D location map with arcs to landmarks. A chapter rail shows the build step by step and jumps to any step. No video on the home page. Includes three project pages with a live stacking plan, floor plans and a 3D villa viewer, a 3D sample-flat walkthrough, amenities, location, EMI calculator, gallery, about, NRI desk, journal, contact, a printable A4 brochure, legal pages, a global site-visit drawer with webhook delivery and WhatsApp fallback.

PROMPT.md
Build "Avaasa", a premium multi-page website template for an Indian real estate developer (Pune). Next.js 16 (App Router, Cache Components) + raw three.js + GSAP ScrollTrigger/SplitText + Lenis + Tailwind v4. Dark ink navy with one brass accent, EB Garamond display, Figtree body, IBM Plex Mono labels. Calm, slow, expensive. The goal: a developer sees it and says "I need this for my business."

Home is one continuous 3D take (stage.progress 0 → 1, every visual a pure function of it, damped). No video on the home page. The hero tower is a GLB (any model works: normalised to 112 m, landscaping excluded from its footprint); one shared onBeforeCompile patch adds a construction cut (discard above uBuildY with a glowing brass edge), clay/concrete above a reveal line, and procedural apartment lights in its glass:
- hero (plot): an empty plot in a blue-hour digital-twin city (dark massing with lit windows, sodium street lights, shader traffic, sky gradient matched to fog); a brass survey grid draws itself outward, the footprint in bold.
- blueprint: the tower's structural edges (EdgesGeometry, glass and landscaping excluded) draw bottom-up as crisp brass linework with a bright pen tip.
- rise (structure): the building grows under the glowing cut line in bare concrete; the blueprint stays visible above the cut; a live counter reads "17 / 32 floors".
- reveal (ready): a brass line climbs and turns concrete into the finished facade; apartment lights switch on.
- a fixed chapter rail (Plot, Blueprint, Structure, Ready, Your floor) shows progress and jumps to any step.
- units: the 3D stacking plan. Floors glow by availability (brass = homes available, dark = sold out), the camera rides up with the scroll-scanned floor, hover/click a floor to slide it out of the tower; a glass panel shows the floor plate SVG, its four homes with status and indicative price, and opens a full unit sheet with a diagrammatic plan.
- inside: the camera flies at a lit window on floor 22, fades, and continues inside the furnished living room (Sketchfab GLB) with a painted night skyline beyond the glass.
- location: the camera climbs until the city is a map; light beams, pulsing rings and arcs drawn from the tower to six landmarks, with HTML labels projected from 3D.
- finale: the tower at night, "Your floor is waiting."

Between location and finale, opaque sections pause rendering: asymmetric project showcase, trust stats over a construction photo, one-at-a-time testimonials, a five-step buying journey and the journal.

Inner pages: projects index, project detail ×3 (facts strip, highlights, live stacking-plan grid with filters, typology plan tabs, a 3D villa orbit viewer, gallery rail, construction progress, specs, dark-styled Google Map, FAQ, enquiry form, JSON-LD), 3D sample-flat walkthrough (four rooms, look-around viewer), amenities, location, EMI calculator, gallery with lightbox, about, NRI desk, journal + articles, contact, a 6-page A4 printable brochure, legal pages, 404. A global "Book a visit" drawer opens from any [data-enquire] element and posts to /api/enquiry (forwards to ENQUIRY_WEBHOOK_URL), with a WhatsApp fallback. All content lives in src/lib/content.ts and src/lib/inventory.ts so a buyer can rebrand in an hour.
